Thomas Woodard
Carnegie Mellon University | Tepper School of Business

Tom is a second-year student at the Tepper School of Business, where he serves as the Vice President of Marketing Club, Energy Club, Military Veterans Club, and Endurance Club. He spent his summer with Amazon.com in Seattle as a Retail Management Intern.

After graduating from the Missouri University  of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla) with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Tom joined the United States Army as an Infantry officer. During the four years he spent on active duty in the Army, he served in numerous leadership roles and completed a 15-month deployment to Iraq earning the Bronze Star Medal.

Outside of school, he enjoys serving in community leadership positions with both the Crossfit Foundation and the Wounded Warrior Project. He is also involved with the Veterans Leadership Program of Western PA.
