Kaitlyn Caughlin

Kaitlyn is a second-year student at MIT Sloan, where she holds leadership positions in the Dean’s Student Advisory Committee, Sloan’s Women in Management club, and the MIT Sloan Annual Sales Conference organizing team. Between her first and second year at Sloan, Kaitlyn worked in corporate strategy for Vanguard’s Women in Leadership Success initiative.

Prior to Sloan, Kaitlyn was accepted into the Vanguard Accelerated Leadership Development Program and worked as a business development manager. She obtained her Certified Financial Planning Designation (CFP) and is passionate about helping others, particularly women, become financially independent and confident in their ability to manage their financial lives.

As a Mathematics and Mathematical Economics double major at Pomona College, Kaitlyn was recognized for academic leadership with the Lorne D. Cook Economics Award and published in the EIASM (European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management) Journal for her research on service maximization in the non-profit industry.
