Brendan P. Hickey
University of Chicago | Booth School of Business

Brendan is in his second year at Booth, pursuing concentrations in Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business. He is a Co-Chair of the school’s Net Impact chapter, where he is primarily responsible for overseeing the group’s Board Fellows program. Brendan is also an active member of the Emerging Markets Group, Chicago Global Citizens, and the Booth Basketball club. He spent the past summer as a Business Plan Intern with the National Park
Service, working on a strategic planning project for North Cascades National Park.

Prior to business school, Brendan worked for three years at Q Advisors, a boutique investment bank in Denver, providing financial advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. He then spent six months volunteering as an English teacher at two schools in the rural Patagonia region of Chile. Brendan grew up in Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he was named the Outstanding Graduate for the Leeds School of Business.
